I am not using this unit. Comes with cd software, ac adapter, remote control, USB cable, earphone, and dry battery case. Also has 1gb disc. NH battery is dead and needs to be replaced. I tested unit with side battery and ac adapter. Works fine You can call or text me at 503-758-9976
