  1. Hi all, I figured out the problem... I copied files from a cd to the software. Once I deleted these files, the software was functional again... To all music journalists out there like me, careful when downloading demos... Cheers everyone! COF
  2. HI all, I've been a long time user of SS. I downloaded v.4.2 a few weeks back and no problem. I was able to convert and transfer files to my NW-E107. Once in awhile though, SS froze while converting, and closed automatically. Since this morning, I can open SS, but I cannot seem to access any music folder (optmized files or mp3). I uninstalled twice, and reinstalled. I used a Registery Cleaner. I even tried the Tune Up Utilities trick in one post. I also tried the MDAC suggestion (I think that's the name). Now when I open the software, I can view all albums/playlists. If I try to access one, it freezes. No error messages. I need to use Task Manager to close it. I'm using a AMD Athlon 64 x2 Core Proscessor 4200+ 1G of RAM Thanks in advance! COF
