SonicStage 4.3 don't recognize my Nw-e003 I don't use usb hub, I test my nw-e003 on many computers I never format my player by windows, i only done it by player menu Player works property, and everything is ok but when i plug it there is nothing.

My computer don"t recognize Sony Nw-E003, it only charging player. USB connect is good. I try 1,1 USB and 2.0 Usb Resset buton don't work too. Whats i supposed to do? When i Plug it and pres reset buton i see Firmware Update and next Update Error. Please Help me!! Sorry for my English.
