thanks i manged to initalize the di from the home screen menu, which seemed to work and got all my songs back onto the device but now it's saying that mot of them have errors on them, and will not recognise them?

hi all hope this is in the right place i got my NW-A300 middle of last year and it's been fine so far but recently it's been really slowly loading up, both starting up and changing songs i tried resetting it a few times, but that didn't help it would still play, but just took ages to do anything today i tried to hook it up to connect player to put more stuff on there, but it kept telling me the device failed to initilize properly and cannot be used, error 8204008 and now it's deleted all my music off the device anyone help???? thanks a million
