Hello, You can charge it if : 1. Look in service manual, last pin of the connector is charging pin, +6Volt, ground can be taken from any metallic part of the body. 2. You can buy an usb cable and use the connector in the same way line up description, to charge the battery. Charging will start from 5,5Volt and current is about 250mAmps. Battery of the same dimension can be found on chinesee sites... Dimensions are 35x20x60 mm. Code for Li-Po battery is the same: 352060.
