You also get this problem if the folder you are trying to import from is sitting in the "My Library" location used by SS. The Golden Rule (mentioned I believe in the SS FAQ in this forum) is to always place folders to be imported from someplace else, or SS will *always* give the exact error you mention! Hope this helps...
