Sony DCR-HC45 - MINI DV to Mac; Which wire do I need?!

Trying to get the footage off the mini DV tape in this sony camcorder and onto my mac - I've followed lots of tutorials and bought a few different wires but none of them seem to fit into these plugs, any advice or help on which cables to buy would be greatly appreciated!
