Hi I have 10 of the above mentioned tv's in my place of work which an ex employee somehow disabled the tuners. Now i am trying to re enable however i cannot find how to do this anywhere. The channel setup option appears in the settings for a millisecond and disappears which we found by doing a slow motion video of the menu. The digital and analoge options appear in service mode but not in normal mode. I have tried factory reset firmware updates also but i have had no success in restoring the tv's full functions. Does anyone know how to actually restore or enable the tuners. Thanks in advance Mus
