Yeah, tried all the usb ports. for about 30 secs it recognised it then it stopped again. Think I'm gonna have to send it back.

I got an NW A3000 off ebay today. I've got sonicstage and connect installed and stuff and the walkman is fully charged but when I plug the device into my pc I just get a message saying that the usb device has malfunctioned and it wont connect. I cant change the drive letter its assigned to or anything, it just thinks theres no drivers installed for it and wont work. Is my player broken? Do I need to send it back or is there a way anyone knows to sort this out. Cheers
