Thanks. Ive been told to format the player from the format option on the player itself but it didnt improve anything.

I own a NW-E003 player. When I load the maximum amount of songs to my player and check the remaining size availability from my computer, I see that abt 960 mb of the player is full with music and the remaining is also full but with what I dont know. Does the firm ware takes this much space? why is this 30-40 mb appear to be full? How can I utilise this remaining MBs?
