I have the same thing. I was formatting at the time and it fixed it. of course I sure as hell dont want to format now just for this. Why in the hell would they include "remove" button that removes device COMPLETELY?

There is a little list at right hand side that includes Library, Connect store, Data D:/ and Playlists. It should also have device name. I used to plug in device which is A1000 and connect player would read it, update it and I could transfer songs. I screwed something up and the program wont read device when connected. What should I do?
