Am i stuck in a hole

hmm i had a similar problem...i upgraded from sonicstage 3.4 to 4.3...trouble is i didn't know that if i installed a us version it's not compatible with my mp3...so it asked me to reformat my mp3...if you want to import your mp3s off your player onto your computer you could try this: http://clientes.netvisao.pt/~sonygym/index.htm but i didn't work for me ( i think because it was connect sonicstage or something?)...you should try it...
  2. hmm one more question...if i tried reinstalling 3.4 and it still gave me an omgjbox.exe error when i import music files... is there a way to fix that? Most sites say install windows service pack 2 (already had that) or delete the security update..also, i downloaded the windows fix but it wont let me install it because i it says something about a newer version already being installed (probably service pack 2)...any help would be appreciated.
  3. Hi, I just upgraded from sonicstage 3.4 to 4.3 because 3.4 kept giving me the omgjbox.exe error whenever i wanted to import new mp3s. I searched up the problem but found that the fix was to install windows service pack 2...the problem was i already had it installed. So i got this new version and installed it but now that i go to transfer to my mp3 it says i need to reformat it for my nw-hd5 to be compatible with this new version...is there any way around this problem without having to copy all of my music to another computer and then reformatting it? =/ Thanks
