  1. If your start on the library page, then on the left hand side you will see a tree type menu listing - library, connect store, d drive, e drive, NW-A3000. Click on NW-A3000, you should now have in the 'big' window the contents of your A3000 with headings the same as the library. You can view by album, artist, all tracks etc. I hope this helps?
  2. You can view tracklist for A3000 by clicking on the menu on the upper left side of the screen
  3. C_player, I can see all the icons and when clicking the page changes but all these pages remain empty, no matter how long I wait. Example being - CD in drive d: nothing shown on this page and no possibilty of ripping it. The drop down menus all appear and all lead to the required destinations but there is no response from the 'check for update'. Another example here is on the file drop down menu 'Import files'. This shows me the source window containing tracks but when I click the 'open' but there is a sound coming from the computer base unit which indicates some activity but nothing apperas in the library.
  4. Yes I have 512MB of RAM and a 2.8ghz cpu. My problem is that despite uninstalling and the re-installing ConnectPlayer several times it is not responding to anything. There are no tracks in the library and I can't even rip a CD. Sony will not be able to resolve this through there updating system as the Connect Player won't respond to any command.
  5. Hi I am new to this so bear with me. Loaded Connect Player the other day and started to rip my CD collection to it, and then on to my A3000. Last night I had just finished ripping a CD and was transferring this to the device when the Connect Player froze. I eventually had to shut computer down. On restart it was very very slow and more worrying there was no longer any tracks on Connect Player, and non listed against the A3000 despite the 'space available bar' showing 17gb instead of 18gb. The library on the A3000 shows that all tracks have been transferred but all edits that I had made to the properties of the tracks were no longer there. I then uninstalled Connect Player and the reinstalled with the CD but this did not change anything, the library is still empty. I have found the library of tracks on the c: drive but the Connect Player will not let me import them. Properties show location of each track as Connect Player. Also, the version has reverted to 1.0.00.11018. The auto update is not working. Any ideas?
  6. I have just received my A3000 yesterday and started to fill it with my CD collection. Even with my entire collection I will still have significant space left. 20 GB is ample.
