I've spend lot of time on it and probably need to purchase a new psp. the buttons are somehow not enough sensitive anymore.

hi 456of789, till now i don't have such a problem like yours. but i assume the reason that your player doesn't work is: the firmware was deleted during the format.

i suggest you download a firmwareupdate of your model and try to make firmwareupdate. maybe this way can fix your player. if not, it couldn't be more worse.
