Hello all! I'm new here & thank you for providing this platform for Sony products; i spent last night to read the 29 pages of this section of forum. I had just spent £60 on e(junk)Bay for a 2nd hand Vaio Pocket VGF-AP1L. I am still waiting for it & it should arrive by Tue. Just in case it actually works, & hopefully i'll be able to update its firmware... I'm wondering: a. if there's a plug-in to support .flac (I 'tried' a few albums in the flac format); b. can i use Sonic Stage 4.3 or just 3.3? I use SS 4.3 to transfer music on my Md Z-N707 which i got in Feb 2002. I use my Nokia N95 for MP3 these days but battery life won't allow it, + I need the USB port on the Vaio Pocket VGF-AP1L cradle to store my photos (DSC W1) when i go on holiday. Is there another Sony product that does both MP3 & JPEG (direct connection to the DC). A bit strange there is not a newer product that's like Vaio Pocket VGF-AP1L??
