Hello, I have the exact same problem. I bought a Sony Network Walkman 'NW-HD1' from the U.S and i currently reside in Canada. It asks me to authorize my device and i get the exact same message: *************** Non-U.S. Access It appears that your computer is currently accessing Connect from outside the United States. Due to licensing restrictions, music on Connect is not available for download from outside the United States. *************** I have version Sonicstage 3.3. I tried downloading version 3.2 but it automatically updated to 3.3. And 3.3 is only for U.S residents. I want 3.2 but it seems that when ever i download it it continues to update.
