Hi, I'm downloading it from the Sony Site but no joy! Seve

Hi, Can somebody please help, I am having an impossible time in trying to install any of the above. Connect: I manage to install the CD but after the restart and intallation of all the up dates from Sony. I double click on the icon and nothing happens. Sonic Stage: Don't even get to the end of the installation when it terminates. I am running on Windows XP with / BT Yahoo / Zone Labs / BT Yahoo online protection I have also tried intalling this with all of the online protection turned off and it still hasn't worked. All I am trying to do is put my music onto the NW A-3000 for my Hols. Its driving me mad Kind Regards Seve
