Noone don't wanna help?

Well first of all I don't know if I openned the topic in correct thread but anyway... I'm new and I'm having problems with my network walkman Sony NW-E105. I put some songs on walkman then after like 5months I needed to format the computer... then always when I format the computer and install SonicStage ATRAC and my NetworkWalkan NEVER authorize... I was reading about authorizating manually but I can't even do that because Authorization button is grey that means that I can't click on it... also if I wanna use System Restore Tool it says Cannot connect to the internet but I'm connected to the internet, maybe because I have router? Please help me how can I authorize this devices without loosing all tracks again. Thank you in advance, S3v3N. p.s.: some images maybe they'll help you!
