Hi What is and where is the root directory to drop the file in Thanks Al

Hi How do you back-up your entire harddrive to your PC. I have tried the Sonicstage tool but it only saves what’s in the media library. Do you know how to back-up all the files on the walkman as I am having major problems and want to initialise, which wipes all tracks. Having a system 032 error then it fails to recognise the USB connection think my hardrive has gone. Thanks Al
