Seems like i'm not the only one with these problems with connect software. I'm also getting the data cd with no track listings if it's got some video on the disk. I'm also unable to copy two disk that have copy protection on them even though i've got them copied on SS3.3 Don't Sony make life hard for the none computer gifted people!

Hi Came on here to look for help with my NW A 3000, but it looks like i'm not the only one with problems. The software is slower than Sonic stage, the computer hangs and i even had to unplug the player for my computer to start again. The last time i unplugged the player the screen has frozen and it's not allowing me to even turn it off and start again, can anyone help me? It also didn't transfer all my tracks off Sonic stage. I hope Sony are in early Monday morning as i'm cheesed off after waiting two months for it to arrive and to only last half a day. Tim
