i dont see a option to format from the player nor does it say anything in the manual. I also dont see a option from SS. what is it under? edit: here is a screen shot edit 2: i found the format on the player. ill try it out. edit 3: didn't work where is it on the software?

Hello everyone. I recently got a new flash player for jogging, the NW-S203F, and went ahead and updated software ect. and am running 4.3 Problem is, whenever I connect the player the software says that the connection is unstable and that I should delete all tracks on the player. Every time I preformed this task, the progress bar hits 100% and then an error message pops up saying that it has failed to delete all tracks – message 000066D7 – but when I unplug my player it shows no info on the actual player as if it was all deleted. I have tried various cables and USB ports as well as reinstalling the software. Any idea on what to do? Im stuck right now with a MP3 player that has no music on it…
