thanks for the reply. yes, i loaded sonic stage. my problem is that i have the japanese version of the software. i livein japan, but my kanji, japanese characters, reading is not up to the task of decoding all of the menus. i was hoping that if someone could tell me how to do it on an english system i could figure out how to do it on the japanese. that technique has allowed me to use japanese microsoft products with relative ease and proficency.

I am not very technically proficient. My wife got me a sony, but I have no idea how to get the podcasts I am addicted to onto my nw-e105. Can anyone help? Thank you.
