I also have the same problem. I had to use Windows Media Player (it recognised the audio tracks!) rip to WMA format and then import the files into connect. ho hum.. R

Hi I've just bought a NW A3000 and I'm uploading cd's using the connect software. I cant seem to upload a multimedia CD however? ie one that has other content on it... video files etc. Connect seems to recognise the cd as Data and then just sits there it doesnt come up with a list of tracks. any ideas thanks... R
