Hi, I don`t know if its the same as the PSP software but the NW-A808 plays the following which is taken straight from the pdf instruction manual; File format : MP4 file format "Memory Stick" video format. File extension : .mp4, .m4v Codec : Video MPEG-4 AVC (H.264/AVC) Audio : AAC-LC I really need to convert some family video`s to take to Canada with me in the next couple of weeks so please if anyone has any sugestions on how I can do this and what software to use I would be very grateful as there is no way this image conveter 3 will work on my pc it even has Sony stumped and I am pulling out what little hair I have left. I want to use it to convert the video`s and pictures so that I can use them with the walkman, I don`t know enough about it to know of anyother tools that will do the job, but if you could let me know I would be grateful. Lee.

Hi, sorry I don`t want to sound stupid but how can I tell? I have only installed whats on the CD. I have looked on Micrsofts website today for the code and it says its a capture card problem and I need to uninstall it and take it out of my machine but thats not possible to do with this computer (Sony VGC-V2S) so I am still as lost as yesterday.

Hi can anyone please help me, I have just installed Sonicstage CP ver 4.3 that came with my new Sony walkman NW-A808 also on the disc was image conveter 3 which once installed comes up with the following error when I try to use the video or photo icons on the start up screen; imageconveter3.exe - application error the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005) Click on ok to terminate application. Sonic stage seems ok but I can`t work this out I have unistalled it and tried again but same problem can anyone help me please. I am sorry if I have posted this in the wrong area as all this is new to me. I am runnig a sony pc with windows xp home edition + SP2 with Norton system works and internet security. Thank you. Lee.
