Hi Thanks for the response and picture - I have used the reset pin-hole and this unfreezes it (kind of) and enables me to turn it off but doesn't reset the whole thing. I basically need it to back to it's original state when bought - before I messed it up! Thanks again!

Rather than using the sonic stage application to delete all the tracks on my VGF-AP1L I stupidly deleted the OMG files from the folders. When I turn it on the tracks appear to still be there but don't play - then the whole thing just freezes. Does anyone know how to restore factory settings or reset the thing? Any help is gratefully received. Cheers
