My NW1200 8 gigs music player fell today and when i check to see if it was working properly it is stuck on the screen that said "good music, good day" and it can pass there. I pressed the reset button but it still stuck there, i plug it into my computer but itis not even showing up. The problem is i have some important document stored in there any way to make it work again? please help me
