sony nw-a1200, approx 2yrs old now. When charging the red led lights briefly, then goes out. When trying to activate the player the navigation buttons illuminate, but faintly, and the screen display will not come on at all. However the player plays ok, but unable to locate/change tracks cos theres no screen display. Has anyone had this prob before and know the answer. Suspect the battery?? or is this some kind of fault with the machine itself?? Have read forum entries regarding battery changing, including the service pdf for the machine, but cant yet remove the back cover. Has anyone done this and can they advise on how to do it?? Any tips/thoughts would be gratefully received, thanks......
