Hey there Just bought the NW808 with intention of putting some bits of my dvd collection on it. Having real problems with image converter which won't transfer decrypted mp4 files from dvd. Have people had success using the AVS Video Tools package to rip dvd files to mp4's? Does that then work when you transfer those mp4s into image converter 3? Sorry, am total techno-idiot. Had hoped it would be easier than this. Sigh....

Have you managed to get it to work now? I just got the same model and am having similar problems. Any help much appreciated as the demo of Spiderman is driving me nuts as just reminds me of what I want the walkman to do!
