  2. ok i have just uninstalled connect player and sonicstage. i decided to install sonicstage alone without the connect player and i have managed to get my tracks back on the player rather quickly. my advice to people is not to use the connect player as it was using to much of my cpu usage ( 100% to be honest, even after updating it) stick with the sonicstage its alot quicker to use.
  3. yes i upgraded the cp but still no joy. i cant get any tracks uploaded even by SS. this is not looking to good i will try re install SS again and see if it changes anything.
  4. i have got a a3000 i purchased from the sony outlet in the United Kingdom. i installed the connect player and tried to upload my music collection and it didn't work it just kept crashing. then i decided to goto the sony website and came acroos the sonicstage 3.3 so i downloaded it and all was good i could download tracks but my top 100 and favourites wasn't working so i re-installed cennect player. After installing it i opened the program connected my player to it and it started a transfer straight away so i let it go through its process then connect player crashed. i disconnected the player and it said creating library. goes to see what it had done and all my music was wiped off the a3000. so i thought i am not using connect player. i tried to add my tracks back using SonicStage it went through the process and finished so i went to have a look at the library and it said you have no tracks please connect compatible software blah blah blah. has any one got any advice or help on this subject ?
