I just received my Sony NWZ-A816 and I am having trouble disconnecting the USB cable from the MP3 player after I sync it with my computer. The two little prongs/teeth on the connector do not seem to go down no matter where I press on the cable's connector, so it is VERY difficult to get it out of the MP3 player. Anyone else have this problem? Am I doing something wrong? Is there a trick to disconnecting the cable? Please help before I break something! Thanks! dremelis

This is a nice leather case. What is the model number/name for it? I want to find it online. Does anyone know where I can purchase it online? I live in the U.S., so I need to find a place to buy it online because my Sony store does not carry it and they do not have it on sonystyle.com here. My A816 is on the way (I just ordered it yesterday), so I gotta get a nice case fast! Thanks for your help! dremelis
