  1. I have been struggling with this issue since I bought my NW-E005F. Very frustrating. No help from either SONY or the retail outlet I bough it from. Software is not covered in warranty even though I shelled out $35 extra for an extended warranty. I only have version 3.4 of the software but the adjustments to the ini file as suggested above worked for me first time !!! Thank you very very much. This fix should receive MAXIMUM distribution as there are a host of forums with many disappointed users out there. As for SONY...all I can say is "Hopeless"...beware any SONY product if this is the level of service they provide.
