  1. Hi All, Few weeks ago, during transferring songs from PC to A3000, system froze and I had to disconnect my walkman and reboot everything. After this operation I moved all songs on the device but I've noticed that I am not able to see play history or top 100 list any more. When I want to enter one of the functions I get the message: Insufficient information, connect device to software... Also, after this I cannot transfer any of my MP3s, just songs ripped by CONNECT from CDs. Any suggestions??? Thanks adam
  2. Hi, I've opened my mail box today and what I see? Here is the email from Sony Europe saying: "As we value our customers and are always looking for ways to improve our products and services, we would very much like to hear your views." So all I have to do now is click on the link to take part in customer survey, maybe that will be a time and a place to tell them something obout CONNECT software!!! Ok, lets click. And here it comes... ...ERROR FOUND! Well done Sony!
  3. Well, in my opinion the answer can be only one: buy the new one. A3000 looks nicer than HD5 and sounds better (the max bit rate is higher, 320kbs). And the connect software is not that bad at all, after latest updates available from sony website it works on my toshiba 2,8GHz very stable, obviously it is not perfect, but what is perfect? (certainly not windows xp ). Buy new one and you won't regret!
  4. Hi, I've registered on the Sony website. After registering you get an email containing CONNECT store voucher code. Finally you open CONNECT software and go to store when you can look for your album and pay using your code. Good luck!
