Could anyone tell me if the matching headphones supplied with the NW-A608, A-1000 and A3000 have a model number? Thanks,

I had major problems with the EX71's too. Amazon replaced 4 pairs, and after the 4th pair, they said all they could offer was a refund for £34.99. I got the refund and bought a pair of MDR-NE1's, hoping the cable would be of better quality. Since then, they have broken also. I am now back to using the standard headphones which came with my NW-A608, that appear to have stronger cabeling. This experience has seriously put me off Sony Headphones. Next time i upgrade, it'l be to a different brand.

I was wondering why the volume of the flash devices only goes up to 31? It seems like an odd number to choose for maximum volume. Is this the same in all countries or only with the european models due to the sound restrictions? Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question.

Thanks a lot, sorry for not reading the forums fully but my internet connection is quite slow. Most of the problems are fixed now. The only issue left is that " genre " is still displaying unknown for eveything. I've checked the tags and they're all labelled correctly. So i'm not sure why this is still happening. Thanks again

As i've said, i have the latest version of connect and latest firmware. I've tried formatting the device too and i'm still getting the same problems.

Had this device for about 2 weeks now, upgraded from a NW-E507. I think some of the problems i'm having may be to do with the software (Connect / SonicStage) Okay. I put around 1gig of music on my player using Connect without a problem. Since then Connect refuses to put anymore tracks on and says " ERROR " everytime i try to put a track on. Because of this i've started to use SonicStage. 1. The first problem is that when i go into the menu and select " Artist, Album or Genre ". I just get a list of " Unknown " and it won't display any information, although all my music is labelled correctly with all necessary information input. 2. The second problem is that when i go into the menu and select " release year, favourite 100 or recent transfers ", i get an error message saying " function limited " 3. The last problem i have, is that when i go into the " function menu ", i cant select intelligent shuffle anymore. It appears to be grayed out and is not selectable. Sorry if any of these points have been covered before, or mentioned elsewhere in the forums but this is really starting to bug me now. I have the latest versions of connect/sonicstage and have installed the latest firmware. Hope someone can help/advise. Thanks.

Has anyone been able to make any more display screens for the sony flash players? I've seen the one's avaliable on the " Sonymatone " website and they're great. Was just wondering if anyone else had any different one's avaliable to download? I have an NW-A608. Thanks,
