I'm a newbie so appologies if this is a simple problem to identify. I have just bought a new pc. I backed up my sonic stage library on my old pc to a removable drive using the ss backup tool. Installed ss on the new pc, attempted to restore and it fails. It goes through the authentication process ok. Gets to about 10sec progress and says "unable to create folder"/ The old pc was xp, this one is vista. Help please!
