Hi, I have exactly the same problem with my NWZ-A818. The audio part of it is great but it seems impossible to get any video to run on the player. I have tried converting the files to the correct format using the programme recommended above but no joy. I have a feeling that Sony have marketed this device with no video support in place. Hopefully they will sort this out ASAP. Has anyone else had any joy getting videos to run on their NWZ? Cheers
