Oh sorry, yes, I am transfering the songs from the library to the player. And no, not all of the songs are on a hard drive but it is still the same. But I found a way eventually -- I need to copy the song i can't transfer and another song somewhere else and then load them into sonicstage, then change the order so the song i can't transfer is not the first one. Then i transfer them and voila... it almost always works. Funny how strange things work

I would swap it, but A816 is not for sale here :S I'm not sure about the return... I'm not getting any error message, it just says that it failed transfering. Anyway, I tried to restore my PC to a state it was yesterday and reinstalled everything... and it works or looks like it works, so I hope the problem is gone. After 5 minutes: No, the problem is still there. It worked for two songs which I couldn't transfer before. It opens a window and says "Unable to transfer the track or tracks." and shows the tracks. Hello, I've just bought NW-A805 and am quite bitterly disappointed that I have to use SonicStage since no other software works... But what's more, SonicStage refuses to transfer my music files! Not all of them, just the first (mostly) and the tenth (occasionally). Does anyone have the same problem?
