Hi I'm new here so hopefully this isn't a dumb question. I have some radio shows saved in MP3 format at 64kbps. When I try to add them into connect player library a message at the bottom of the screen indicates that the tracks are being skipped. These are quite large MP£s up to 30,000kb and over an hour long in some cases. sO FAR (touch wood) I have had no other problems with connect player but I'm getting frustrated by this. Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated. Cheers Rio

I have the updated version but still no joy. I think it is due to my cable BB connection, the software doesn't seem to recognise it another possibility is my use of firefox? Anyone using cable BB had similar problems? Cheers Rio

This is probably a simple question to someone but it has got me frustrated . When I open up the connect software it fails to register to Gracenote and then the Connect online store will not open. It claims I'm not connected to the internet. I have cable broadband so the connection is always on. Can anyone help? Thanks Rio
