  1. Sorry. All the open mg files that were managed by 'openMG' 2.2 do not seem compatable with either sonic stage 3.3 or connect. Ultimately I would like to put them onto the new sony nw1000. Sonic stage gives a message that there is a copywright issue and connect does not even see the files.
  2. The mrs had a net minidisc. Now she has an Nw 1000 Is it possible to convert the openmg format to one sonic stage or connect recognise? Sonic stage says something about rights and gives up. Any ideas? Thanks.
  3. Format with connect? or SS? Thanks. Mark
  4. After a very frustrating night with Connect trying to load songs to the NW1000, I decided to try SS3.3 It recognises the device, but wont transfer songs to it, it saya hard disk full. None of cof connect is running in the background. The NW has the firmware update and was formated in connect. Its properties are listed as 0 free, 0 used!!! Can anyone think of a reason why I cannot use ss3.3 and my nw1000? Thanks. Strangely, this morning. I closed down all ss background tasks, moved the usb from the hub to the pc direct, allowed the transfer to convert all tracks and connect worked fine, no errors or lockups.
  5. It does look like 'windows' is not seeing your player. Can you see it in windows explorer or the device manager?
  6. I saw something as you describe. With the player connected, did you right click on the playlist a few times and select delete?. That seemed to work for me
