Hi Guys, I'm new to this forum, so forgive me if this subject has been covered in the past. I've had my 816 for a couple of months now and it's great, but recently I decided to erase all my songs and put some new material on it. I used the format function (which seemed to be the easiest way ), but now none of my album art is displayed. When I browse my walkman on the p.c. and look in the "Album" folder, instead of a picture of the album I see a windows unrecognizable file format picture. I use Windows media player 11 which I sync to my device and everything was perfect until now. Any ideas guys? Cheers, Tim.
