hey thanks guys for your help so far, but I didn't solve the problem yet I'm using the nero digital codec for aac/m4a, when I want to rip I can choose between m4a Nero (aac) or AAC (advanced audio compression also from nero). So I've chosen the first one, and I couldn't find the .mp4 extension which ceres mentioned. I tried several times, and I stil don't know how to get it to work. I added a picture from dbpoweramp I hope that will help thanks for your help again!

hey guys I got my new nwz-a816 for christmas, and i'm loving it. Great soundquality, and it works easy! But the problem now is that i've converted some wave files to aac (aac size is much smaller then mp3). But the problem is that the player doesn't want to play the aac files! So I don't know what i'm doing wrong I convert with dbpoweramp. So guys I hope you can help! thanks in advance Dennis
