Too bad Sony is not shipping any conversion software with the NWZ Use the following settings: Output container: MP4 Output Video codec: H.264/AV Output Audio code: AAC (Directshow Decode is optional - I don't use it) Only select 320:240 Aspect: 4:3 FPS: 25 Bitrate: 480 (file size decrease is a direct result) or go with 768 max (much bigger) Options (click on H): H.264 profile is Baseline, and H.264/AVC level is 1.2 Don't touch the audio settings Select where you want to put the output file Drag & Drop the file(s) you want to convert Then click Encode and wait.
