[sonic stage please help]

Hello

I use sonic stage to put music on my sony MP3 player but when i go into the my library page that shows you whats on your MP3 player it only shows me about 20% of whats on there does anyone know why? Also i find it a bit hard to use this program so was wondering if there is a different one i can use? I have tried widows media player but it shows no data on my MP3 player when i look at it. Any help would be great.
