Great. Any tips on how to get tracks back onto the A3000 again? Everthing now seems to work apart from that. The device charges and the software recognises it but when I transfer music onto it nothing happens. Cheers.

I bought the A3000 a month ago and have been pretty happy with it until I managed to corrupt the database by unplugging the device before it was ready. Since then I have uninstalled, reinstalled (many, many times), deleted the database files from the Library folder on the c drive and now have managed to get the thing working however when I try to move tracks onto the device, nothing happens. Did email Sony support before the hols but no response will have to try their expensive 0870 help support number after the hols but if anyone has had a similar experience and have managed to sort it out could they please help?
