Hi folks, I recently bought an NW-A3000 unit for the purpose of trying to port Rockbox to it. Apparently I think I have more free time than I actually do. Hi folks, I'm looking for the NW-A3000 service manual as I'm trying to take it apart for kicks and have hit a stumbling block (it's a jungle in there!). It seems that nobody has disassembled their device before and I was hoping the service manual might help explain how to get the main board off so I can poke around at the hard drive underneath. Hasn't anyone ever replaced the drive before? Unfortunately the NW-A1000 model is different enough for it's manual to not be very helpful in this regard - any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I have searched the internet for this document but would prefer not to pay a thief for it. --- Edit: I found this thread regarding a hard drive replacement and apparently the problem is that part of the board is soldered to the casing: http://www.atraclife.com/forums/index.php?...c=1437&st=0.
