I had NW-A3000 the day before and I installed Connect player then I updated it. I had lost of problems with that sotfware. I dont have any playlist in my NW-A3000 but there are playlists that are saw in the connect player and I cant delete them. I tried to format the device but it didn't chane anything I think the playlists written in the log of the program.
