Sorry, should say the A1200 is running FW 3.00

Hi all Just got my A1200 back from my daughter and decided to re-install on my PC. Running Windows SP3 and neither SS V4 or V4.3 would connect to the device. My sons PC running SP2 still, with V4 works perfectly! On my PC I keep getting an "unstable connection" error, and no matter if I initialise, reset, reboot, nothing works. Any suggestions?? Cheers DJ
