There is a new update for the Connect software but it's downloading at literally 1Kb per second for me and this is on a 3mb line. Anyone here actually able to download this 19Mb or so file?? Here's the URL by the way http://www.sonydigital-link.com/DNA/Connec....asp?l=en&ul=en

Check Settings // Audio Output and see if "Headphone" is selected (it should be) If you put it to Line Out it would sound really distorted through your headphones which is probably what happened before. Don't know if this will sort your problem now but it's worth a try.

I added some George Harrison albums and John Lennon albums. I clicked Artist Link when Harrison was playing and it linked to two John Lennon songs.

Hello all. Just got an NWA-3000 in black, installed Connect, transferred 15Gb of WMA files and it all well went perfectly well. Very happy with this player and I like this forum too.
