Hoping someone can help me with this problem as i am a bit frustrated I have ATRAC MP3 player NW-HD5, I have been using sonic stage 3.2 and had no problems, I downloaded 3.3 because I could not download copy protected CD's with 3.2 and read somewhere that SS 3.3 allowed the download of copy protected CDs, however since downloading 3.3 I have not been able to download any songs at all, the error msg received is.... "sonicstage (00000452-9094)The connected ATRAC audio device cannot be used with the currently installed sonicStage. to use with the currently installed sonicstage, you must delete all the tracks in the ATRAC audio device or initialize the hard disk of the ATRAC audio device. (Error code: 000066a3)" P.S also if anyone can tell me how to download copy controlled CD's on to ATRAC device and whether SS supports this it would be greatly appreciated thanks
