i think i have to format my comp cuz i just installed virtual pc and installed xp and ss and it seemed to work

thanks just tried it but i still get the ss does not support file format msg, i got it to work the other day i reinstalled ss a bunch of times deleting all the registry associated with ss and with clean hd1 i transfered a few albums but when i tried it the next day it went back giving me these errors

no i didnt use the back up tool and deleting the omg files and importing the mp3s into sonicstage again didnt work i get the transfer count = zero or it says that it doesnt support the file format

as of late i cant transfer any songs to my hd1 it gives me errors of does not support the file format or transfers not allowed, ive been able to transfer these files before ive intialized the player uninstalled sonic stage ive tried 3 different versions. any help would be appreciated
