Oh thats intresting.... seeing as the current MP3s can be seen... it could be quite easy to work out exactly WHAT the connect player does to the mp3s put through it...thus allowing creation of a easy drag and drop progam.... *thinks to self*

Hey guys.. Thanks alot, I just have one more question. I know that you cannot drag and drop through the windows interface, but can you see the current mp3s on the player through Windows explorer?

First of all, hi there everyone! I am considuring buying the Sony A1000 MP3 Walkman, as my first MP3 player, and have a couple of questions. 1. Does the unit support full library random selection? Some units only support random on a playlist, rather than on all music... 2. Is connect really that bad? What would I lose if I didn't use it? cheers!
